CONTRIBUTING SOFTWARE TO FREE SOFTWARE TITLES

When contributing to Free Software Titles you must make sure it's legally yours to send. Please read the documentation below for more information.

COPYRIGHT MATTERS

Contributors retain any intellectual property rights in the contributed material at all times; are free to use or re-use it in whatever manner they choose, and; may have the material removed from at any time. We'll remove the material as soon as practical but don't guarantee how long that will be.


PROVIDER'S OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

BY SUBMITTING MATERIAL TO THE FREE SOFTWARE TITLES WEBSITE YOU WILL BE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY AND/OR ACCEPT THIS DOCUMENT'S RELEVANT CONDITIONS, TERMS AND RULES.

YOU AGREE AND WARRANT THAT ANY MATERIAL YOU SUBMIT DOES NOT VIOLATE OR INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF ANY PERSONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, AND IS NOT LIBELOUS, DEFAMATORY, ABUSIVE OR OTHERWISE ILLEGAL, OR INTENDED TO FURTHER ANY ILLEGAL SCHEME OR PURPOSE.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FREE SOFTWARE TITLES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ETC., FROM ANY CLAIMS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH BY YOU, INTENTIONAL OR OTHERWISE, OF YOUR OBLIGATIONS MENTIONED IN THIS DOCUMENT.


FREE SOFTWARE TITLES' RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

All communication will be by e-mail only and will be sent to the e-mail address you give us. If the e-mail is returned we will make reasonable efforts to e-mail you again and if unsuccessful, will consider notification effective and will act in a manner that, in our sole discretion, is in your best interests, but without creating obligation, liability, or cost to you.

We intend to notify you within a reasonable time if we are planning on using the software.

We may make changes to your submitted content (this does not include actual software) and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit or to delete any material. Free Software Titles will notify you of such changes and will assume you agree unless you instruct us otherwise within 3 days.

No liability is accepted for loss or damage of submitted software and Free Software Titles will not return any submitted software, whether we use it or not. However, Free Software Titles will not give or distribute the material to anyone else without your permission.

Free Software Titles reserves the right to determine how and where on the Free Software Titles website to place the material and how long to keep it there.


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the contribution, we agree to attempt to negotiate in good faith to address all issues raised.
